Before Shipping
We conduct a quality check on every item before it is shipped out.
However, if you receive the wrong item, need to change the size, or find that the item is damaged (excluding SALE items), please follow the steps below.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges or returns must be made within 7 working days from the date you receive your parcel. Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them. Any issues reported after 7 days will not be accepted.
All returned items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed
-
Unaltered
-
Not ironed
Change of mind and color exchanges are not allowed.
Examples of change of mind include:

Exchanging for a different collection

Exchanging for a different color
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs requested by the customer will be borne by the customer.

If the item is damaged or there is an error on our side, the return shipping cost will be fully covered by AYUNARI.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock or if no replacement option is available.
